MEDIEVAL ISLAMIC: LOT of 21 silver coins, motley group, including Durrani: Shah Shuja (6 pcs): including three of Ahmadshahi (one of his 5th reign dated AH1255) and one each of Kabul, Bhakhar, and Peshawar; and Kamran Shah (3): all of Herat mint, one dated AH1255 (mount removed), the other two with mint off (all three average Fine); Timurid: countermarked coins (6), including two of Shahrukh, one of Abu Sa'id, two of Sultan Husayn, and two poorly stamped and undetermined; and Indian Presidencies: common types including Bengal (3), Farrukhzad mint name, and Bombay (1), Surat mint name; average circulated grades, viewing recommended; retail value $500, lot of 21 pieces.
