SICILY: Gela, AE unit (2.83g), ca. 339-310 BC, Jenkins-549, Calciati-59, SNG ANS-123, SNG Morcom-591, head of Demeter facing slightly to right, wearing wreath of wheat // bearded head of river god left, slight flat and off-center strike on obverse, glossy brown patina, a very nice example of this type, Choice VF.
