PAPUA NEW GUINEA: boar tusk, 90mm, Papuan Highlands full circle boar's tusk nose ornament, collected in 1930 as part of the Kaake Collection in Black's Museum, Mt. Gambier, South Australia, R, ex Charles Opitz Collection. Traditionally used for bride price and barter payments.
