Boldly struck with attractive tone and surfaces that show minimal handling with the exception on an old meandering scratch on Charles III's bust that has toned over and now blends seamlessly into the surfaces. The specialist should also appreciate the boldness of the overdate, which shows the top and bottom of the '5' clearly protruding from the '6'.
