Bop-6E; SNG ANS-465; HGC-12, 131. Obverse: Diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right, wearing crested helmet adorned with bull's horn; Reverse: BAΣΙΛΕΩΣ MEΓΑΛOY / EYKPATIΔOY, the Dioskouroi, holding palm fronds and spears, on horses rearing right; monogram to lower right. About as majestic and captivating as one can achieve for the type, this magnificently lustrous and brilliant example also features a resoundingly bold strike. Eye appeal radiates throughout this gorgeous Mint State specimen destined for the finest of cabinets.
