CHAPLAIN at base; Reverse: Laurel wreath bracketing inscription "L'ASSSOCIATION / GENERALE / DU COMMERCE ET DE L'INDUSTRIE / DE TISSUS ET DES MATIERES TEXTILES / A / Mr LOURTIES SENATEUR / MINISTRE DU COMMERCE DE L'INDUSTRIE / DES POSTES ET TELEGRAPHES / 18 OCTOBRE 1894". Edge incribed "ARGENT". Medal exhibits matte-like surfaces and satiny luster, dark brassy toning.
