CAPITAL $200.000 oriented vertically at right atop a decorative rectangular panel laden with geometric design elements. Two POCs concurrent with the signature panel. The leftmost POC displays damage that has resulted in a piece of the bottom margin going missing. Damage consistent with a previous display can be seen throughout the paper body. PMG comments "Tape Repair, Previously Mounted."
