JAPAN. Great Imperial Bank of Japan. 1 Yen, ND (1877). P-20. PMG Very Fine 20.
Tokyo branch. A fairly scarce type from Japan that followed the national bank issues of 1873. While this example spent quite some time in circulation it has remained in problem free condition with fairly good paper quality for the technical grade.
