Serial number C.649 738. Top Pop. An exceptional bright colored example of this French designed 20 Piastres. This condition anomaly boasts bright paper and is free of the pinholes and toning issues that typically plague this series. Additionally, only one other example has equaled this miracle of survival on the PMG population report. Population 2, none finer.
