Yunnan, serial number E184814. Blue, Huangdi at left, Chinese gazebo at right, denomination at each corner, reverse blue, city gate wall. A superb example in blazing original colours and clean, crisp paper. A relatively scarce type with a total PMG population of 29 pieces and out of this only two examples with the coveted EPQ status (1x 35-EPQ and 1x 58-EPQ). A riveting note that will be counted among the crown pieces of any collection that it goes into.
