Rondot-4. Diameter: 40.2mm; Weight: 38.69 gms. An EXTREMELY RARE "obsidional essai," as Margolis puts it, this type may well emanate from the collection of Jules Bizot, as it matches the characteristics of the example listed by Rondot, and which was known to be in this collection. Brassy-olive surfaces, with great overall detail remaining.
