Description
GERMANY. Bavaria. Order of Therese Gold Cross on Lady Bow, ND (Instituted 12 December 1827). ALMOST UNCIRCULATED.
Baroc-220. 68.20 x 41.59 mm. Weight: 24.65 gms. including ribbon and suspension. Obverse: Eight-pointed four armed gold cross with light blue and white enamel diamonds between arms and light blue and white enamel border, gold script "T" with white and green enamel central medallion, crown suspension above; Reverse: Gold inscription with white enamel central medallion. With Sash, ribbon, paperwork and red case. A pleasing example of this issue with light signs of handling and patina. Close inspection reveals minor chipping of the white enamel at the a couple of the cross tips mentioned for accuracy.
