Richmond, Virginia. Home Savings Bank. 1861 25 Cents. PMG Fine 12 Net. Backed, Piece Added.
(JL BR35-15) Sept. 25, 1861. No imprint. Printed on white paper. Dog and safe between HOME and BANK. PMG mentions Minor Repairs. The bank was in operation in 1861 but it doesn't seem that it made it to the end of the Civil War. PMG comments "Backed, Piece Added."
