An exceptional Gem Martha Washington ace featuring a large brown Treasury seal. Few auction appearances for comparable representatives of this Friedberg can be traced over the past decade. Based on what can be gleaned from PMG this example is one of two Gem Uncirculated notes enumerated in the population report. This variety is a bit scarcer than most of the others and this example is among a handful of comparable notes across the major grading services. Very bright and fresh looking with superb color and eye appeal befitting the assigned grade. PMG Pop 1/1 Finer.
