The central vignette shows a woman sitting holding a key and a scale, while the left vignette shows a ship at sea and the right displays an allegorical woman with an out stretched hand. Hole punches through the signature is noted. The left corners of the note are missing, but does not affect the note, as mentioned by PMG. The obverse of the proof shows a vignette of Rid de Janeiro, with an extremely ornate design on the back of the note in appealing green inking. The left corner of the card stock is missing, and the lower corner is damaged, however this does not affect the condition of the proof. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ and Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.
