Plate A. Baldwin, Adams & Co., New-York. India paper only. Top center, steamboat BAY STATE. Lower left, male portrait. Lower right, standing Indian chief. The ABN back stamping is moderate and shows through a bit. Not many of these in the 1990 ABN sale dispersal and this example is certainly among the finest. PCGS Currency comments "Hole Punch Cancelled; Small Edge Tears".
