Fr-11; KM-115 for prototype. Quite a crude counterfeit with cracks reverberating through the flan that reveal a likely copper core. However, real gold was used to coat both faces and striking detail is relatively close to that which can be expected from genuine issues. Quite a SCARCE type when genuine, this counterfeit is an especially interesting offering that would add intrigue to any advanced Costa Rican cabinet.
