1) NERO, A.D. 54-68. Egypt, Alexandria. BI Tetradrachm. Dated RY 10 (A.D. 63/4). NGC VF. RPC-5274. Obverse: Radiate head of Nero right; Reverse: Draped bust of Serapis right, wearing taenia and calathus; L I (date) to right. 2) TITUS AS CAESAR, A.D. 69-79. AR Denarius. Rome Mint. NGC Fine. RIC-517. Obverse: Laureate head right; Reverse: Salus seated left on throne, holding patera. 3) DOMITIAN, A.D. 81-96. AR Denarius. Rome Mint. NGC VF. RIC-741; RSC-279. Obverse: Laureate head right; Reverse: Minerva standing left, holding thunderbolt and spear. A nice set of silver or billon issues from three separate rulers of the famous "Twelve Caesars" written about by Suetonius. The coins all feature some degree of honest circulation wear, but all are problem-free and offer plenty of detail and eye appeal.
