No. 3877. Signed by J. Benezet, S. Morris and L Cadwalader. Printed by Hall and Sellers, 1775. Plate A. The first of the "Resolve" issues, issued without the permission of the Royal Governor. Outstanding margins with near perfect centering. Three sharp and clear signatures contrast nicely with the lightly toned paper. Superior eye appeal and nearly impossible to improve on. Ex. Newman. PMG Pop 2/None Finer.
