1858-S Liberty Head Double Eagle. MS-60 (PCGS).
Bright honey-gold with no breaks in the swirling cartwheel luster, a pleasing Uncirculated coin but with a few too many contact marks to warrant a finer grade. Despite its somewhat lofty mintage of 846,710 pieces, fewer than 40 grading events for the date have been registered by PCGS in all Mint State grades.

PCGS Population: 10; 29 finer (MS-63 finest).
