We really are treading into uncharted territory with Issie's collection. No one has assembled sets of radar serial numbered notes that come anywhere near close to what you are seeing today. Back in the 1980s and 1990s there were multiple bank employees who could pull these fancy serial numbers out for re-sale, but bank controls have tightened dramatically since the early 2000s making it so difficult to locate these same serial numbers today. We know that trying to re-assemble sets like the ones being offered today would be a near impossible task.
