SOUTH AFRICA. 5 Shillings, 1892. Berlin Mint. PCGS MS-61.
KM-8.1; Hern-Z37. Mintage: 14,000. Single Shaft variety. A very elusive type when preserved this nicely, the present example yields shimmering and reflective luster, and soft golden and orange toning throughout. Far less contacted or handled than one might expect for the grade, we expect strong competition for this piece.
