1829 Andrew Jackson Indian Peace Medal. Bronze. First Size. Julian IP-14, Prucha-43. Second Reverse. Specimen-63 BN (PCGS).
76 mm. Rich chocolate-brown with faint mahogany undertones and gentle highlights of violet and blue in the fields. A few minor marks account for the grade but the eye appeal is nicer than one might expect and the fields offer pleasant prooflike texture that catches the eye. A handsome example of this first size Jackson medal.
