Fr. 248. 1896 $2 Silver Certificate. PMG Extremely Fine 40.
A second example of FR#248 in EF 40, this one showing the three vertical folds a bit more prominently. The paper color however is a bit brighter and the margins are every bit as nice. This one as well appears to be a new addition to the T&P census.
