CT-211. Connecticut. June 19, 1776. 2 Shillings, 6 Pence. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.
No. 1049. Signed by J. Hamlin. Printed in New London by T. Green, 1776. Only 7,500 of this denomination were printed. Four full and clear margins, with fresh paper. Quite rare to find in uncancelled, Uncirculated condition, with PMG having graded only four examples, this being the finest. Redemption written in red ink on back by J. Porter, Compt. PMG Pop 1/None Finer.
