1872 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-66 (PCGS).
Captivating premium Gem surfaces exhibit soft powder blue and mauve undertones to dominant olive-russet iridescence. As noted elsewhere in our cataloging for the Millholland Collection, the Proof Motto Liberty Seated quarters from the late 1860s and 1870s are scarcer than their counterparts from the 1880-1891 era, especially with the quality and eye appeal offered here. A find for the astute numismatist.
