WESTERN SAMOA. New Zealand Treasury. 1 Pound, 1943. P-8b.
A tougher medium format note printed by BWC. Usually found in much lower grade, and increasingly difficult to get above the mid-vf range. PMG notes splits on the holder, which appear to be minor and do not greatly affect the overall eye appeal.
