CONSTANTINE VII with ROMANUS II, 913-959. AV Solidus (4.41 gms), Constantinople Mint, 950-955. NGC Ch EF, Strike: 4/5 Surface: 4/5.
S-1751. Obverse: Facing bust of Christ Pantokrator; Reverse: Crowned facing busts of Constantine, wearing loros, and Romanus II, wearing chlamys; patriarchal cross between them. Fairly brilliant and attractive, with a solid strike and very little in the way of handling.
