Lot of (2) 1892 World's Columbian Exposition Souvenirs. Extremely Fine.
One a coin box with Columbus's bust on the top of what appears to be a stack of ten 34 mm golden medals, and a blank bottom with a PAT APPL'D FOR stamp on the bottom. The construction is hollow, and the top two coins are attached to the bottom with a simple hinge. The second item is a stack of the same design, including the bottom stamp, but is solid and quite heavy.
