An elusive Harrison County issuer, with this being the sixth note to come forth according to Track & Price. According to T&P, a note from this charter has not traded hands at public auction since 2004. The margins are attractive and the paper bright. Dark design details & ink remain appealing. Dark penned signatures pop in brown and purple ink. PMG comments "Previously Mounted."
