A neat consecutive duo of double errors, which consist of a mismatched serial numbers & stuck digit errors. On the first note, the left serial number is S64434532A (the two is dropped as a result of the stuck wheel) and the right S64434516A. On the consecutive note, the left serial number is S64434532A (the two is dropped as a result of the stuck wheel) and the right S64434517A. Both notes have the same stuck digit serial number.
