This highly important item shows a design which will seldom be available in such a high grade. Just two examples have been graded finer by PMG for the Friedberg number. The eye appeal is simply stunning: milky white paper contrasts well against dark black design details and navy blue overprints. The margins are superb and the centering excellent. A centerpiece to any high grade large-size FRN collection.
