1883 ANS Medal - Evacuation Day, Washington Statue at Wall Street. By Charles Osborne, Engraved by Lea Ahlborn. Musante GW-981, Baker S-319, Miller-6. Bronze. MS-65 BN (NGC).
57.5 mm. Rich mahogany-brown patina overall. The surfaces are nicely preserved with only a bit of light carbon on the obverse precluding a higher Gem Mint State grade. A marvelous second Gem example of a type that is popular with a wide variety of collectors.
