Description

(t) CHINA. Sinkiang. Sar (Tael), Year 7 (1918). Tihwa Mint. NGC MS-61.

L&M-839; K-1267; KM-Y-45.2; WS-1320. Type 1. Highly attractive in such an Uncirculated state, this charming example presents handsome, argent brilliance and some patches of toning on the devices. A somewhat soft strike likely accounts for the grade assigned, as there is no evidence of other issues on this example. As such, a fairly RARE piece.

Estimate: USD 2000-4000
