Carradice-Type IIIb; Sunrise-24. Obverse: Persian king or hero in kneeling-running stance right, holding spear and bow; Reverse: Incuse rectangular punch. Displaying brilliant and shimmering golden luster, this entrancing issue from the height of Persia demonstrates both a strong strike and problem-free surfaces, with very minimal evidence of handling.
