Printed by ABNC. Arms are depicted at left below an ornate "2" counter, while Simon Bolivar is found at right below a similar counter. At center is a Gaucho roping a large steer. Large red "2" underprints flank the central vignette, and the same color is found below the bank name comprising individual "2" disc counters. This note displays good appeal for the assigned grade.
