CHINA. Chihli (Pei Yang). 7 Mace 2 Candareens (Dollar), Year 34 (1908). Tientsin (Central) Mint. NGC AU-55.
L&M-465; K-208; KM-Y-73.2; WS-0642. Variety with long middle tail spine and connected cloud. With just faint traces of circulation, this Chihli Dollar is well struck with bundles of details evident and a light layer of iridescent toning composed of reds, blues, and yellows that are reminiscent of a rainbow.
