Diameter: 35mm x 45mm; Weight: 16.18 gms. Obverse: Draped bust facing slightly right, wearing headscarf; all within ornate border; Reverse: Rough incuse of obverse, with three lines of Mongolian script. Edge : Plain. Quite deeply toned, with a gunmetal gray nature that yields to a darker gray and areas of amber. Holed at the top for suspension. Some scratches are noted in the upper left field on the reverse, but are mostly hidden well from the toning. A VERY RARE, interesting, and unusual piece.
