Rev: Peripheral inscriptions CONSORTIUM COTONNIER FRANCAIS / FRENCH COTTON COMMISSION, center with leaf and floral embossings surrounding TO / (tablet for awarding) / 1917 - 1918 - 1919. Unsigned. The tablet of one example is inscribed G. LEGRAND, the others are blank. Medals of this type were awarded in gold only.
