The 1882-CC ranks alongside the 1883-CC and 1884-CC as one of the most common CC-mint silver dollars of this perennially popular design type. On the other hand, all three issues are scarce in the finest Mint State grades, especially relative to the demand for such pieces among today's discerning Morgan dollar and Carson City Mint enthusiasts. Clearly this lovely Superb Gem represents a significant find not to be overlooked.
