1786 Connecticut Copper. Miller 5.3-N, W-2575. Rarity-2. Mailed Bust Left, Hercules Head. VF Details--Environmental Damage (PCGS).
125.6 grains. An excellent example of the Hercules Head type with a remarkably bold obverse. Steel brown surfaces that are reasonably smooth and show no serious marks, just barely microgranular under a glass and there are a few patches of old verdigris on the reverse. The legends are mostly complete while only a trace of the date is visible due to centering. Usual late die state with clash marks and swelling on the reverse.
PCGS# 686351.
