Provisional WW II Overprint Issue. A truly scarce banknote with only 3 certified examples by PMG, this being the finest. The design is from the Macau Pick 10 issue but it's seen with the Pagavel Em Timor overprint in bright red. We can't recall ever handling one of these, and we imagine there are plenty of collections missing this rare type. The note has just a minor touch of circulation, but it is completely problem free.
