".....King of Siam, both Northern and Southern and all its Dependencies, Laos, Malaya, Koreans, Sovereign Chief of The Most Honourable Order of the Crown of Siam To all and singular to whom these presents shall come Know Ye! Whereas we have thought it fit to nominate and appoint Herr von Borries of Germany, Member of the II Class called Chula Surabhorn or Grand Officer of Our Most Honorable Order of the Crown of Siam, as a mark of Honour which he shall hold and enjoy in future. May that Power which is supreme in the Universe keep guard and grant him prosperity and every kind of blessing Given on the fourth day of July 1906 being the 13,749th day of our reign.
