Printed by FMS. An elusive change note that is scarce in all states of preservation, but especially so in this About Uncirculated grade level. The note displays dark gold underprint at center, with the primary design in jet black ink. Arms are at center with "25" counters in the top two corners and "cts" in the bottom two corners. The reverse of the note displays an intricately lathed design in honey gold ink with a black design of a tiger at center.
