September 30th 1910 date. Black "Republica" overprint on face with no overprint on the reverse. Detailed design on the face of Portuguese explorers meeting with Middle Eastern ruler at throne. The reverse displays facing head of Lusitania at right, with a detailed border design standing out in light blue and dark yellow ink. Hole at center most likely from folds, with tears at top and bottom center most likely from folds as well. An annotation is found in the lower left corner. Toning is also found.
