In the entire $5 FRBN series, only the San Francisco district is considered scarcer than the St. Louis district. PMG comments "Pinholes." Any pinholes that exist must be faint since they do not avail themselves when held to a light source. Most St. Louis fives are seen in the Fine and Very Fine grades. Any nice Extremely Fine or better representative is a treasure to behold.
