A highly scarce note which is likely missing from many collections. The note shares the same design as the 10 Mil Reis Portugal issue but shows in a lovely blue hue in favor of the brown borders. Original paper and nice detail are seen which gives this note claims to a VF grade. Only three examples are certified by PMG, and this is the only fully original with an EPQ designation among them. This is not only seen with a radar serial number, but it is also the plate note for The Banknote Book.
