KM-8.3; Prid-4. Issued by local act of 18 November 1758. Bifacial countermark: ornate G.R. within circular incuse; all on an 1756-Mo MM Mexico 8 Reales of Ferdinand VI (KM-103). Quite attractive and alluring, the host coin is in better shape than generally encountered, with a great tone as well, while the countermark itself is rather bold and robust.
