Hartill-22.758. Weight: 14.3 gms. Er bao. "Xian Feng zhong bao"; Reverse: "Dang shi". This nicely preserved example exhibits bold well-formed calligraphy, naturally rough surface texture in the open areas and relatively smooth rims with evidence of file marks from the finishing process. The edge does show a couple of areas of roughness from the casting process mentioned for accuracy, otherwise a pleasing survivor.
