(t) CHINA. Gold 5 Tael Ingot, ND (1945). Chung-King Mint. PCGS MS-63 Gold Shield.

L&M-1072. Dimensions: 70x30mm; Weight: 156.6 gms. The obverse stamps convey the authority of the central mint along with a spade money type and the bust of Sun Yat-sen, while the reverse stamps relate the serial number (CD20094), the fineness (991.0), and the weight in taels (5.018). Incredibly impressive and alluring for this difficult large-size issue. Extraordinarily brilliant and radiating.
